This small family owned New Zealand boutique hotel offers 3 generous guest-rooms in a purpose designed 2002 home in the heart of Parnell Village; located in a historic leafy street just 1 km near downtown Auckland city.

For the past 20 years the owners Therese and Bart have welcomed holiday-makers of all ages and nationalities, business travelers and anyone who seeks an exclusive city haven. In addition to the most comfortable rooms you will find in Auckland, your hosts offer recommendations on restaurants, rental cars and local tours; and if you like they will even review your NZ travel itinerary to ensure your stay in New Zealand is absolutely perfect.

After a long haul flight Bart can meet and greet you at the airport in person. When booking a room, it is Bart or Therese who answer the phone, not a hired receptionist. With a maximum capacity of just 7 guests, book well in advance !

The Accommodations: This contemporary home offers lodging in three spacious, thoughtfully furnished suites, each with a luxurious marble bathroom, all with either garden- or harbor-views, air-conditioning and iPod/iPad-docks. Guests can relax in the spacious guest-lounge or on the large sun-balcony with 180 degrees city sky-tower and expansive harbour-views. In the adjoining dining room sumptuous gourmet breakfasts are made by your hosts. You do not need to rent a car while staying here as everything is at your doorstep. All guest-facilities are on a single-floor, there is a lift (elevator) to the rooms from the secure-indoor-carpark - easy for luggage !

The best location in one of Auckland's most exclusive streets. Parnell Village with 50plus fine restaurants, The Parnell Rose Gardens, Vector Arena and The Auckland Museum are all within a 10 minute walk. Public transport: The inner- and outer- Linkbus stop is at the corner of the street. (300m.) The downtown city-business-district (cbd), ferry and cruise-ship -terminals, Britomart railway station, inter-city bus station and sky-tower are all within 1 mile from the house. New Zealand's best and largest shopping district Newmarket is an easy 600 meter walk. The Auckland university and hospital are close-by too.
