Confirming your booking:

A deposit of one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay, whichever is greater, is required to hold a reservation. We accept Mastercard and Visa.

We are a small b&b with 3 rooms only, not a regular hotel with passing traffic. When making reservations please remember that you are making a commitment to us and we are making one to you. Every reservation made means we turn away other interested guests. Consequently we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy which is as follows:

Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellations of all or partial reservations received less than sixty (60) days prior to your current arrival date, no refund will be issued and you will be charged for the entire reservation unless we are able to re-rent the room. This policy pertains to early check-outs as well.
• We realize that life does happen and plans do change. We will make every effort to work with you.
• Failure to arrive (i.e. a no show) will be charged for full period booked.
• All cancellations are subject to a NZ$50 processing fee.
• Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against cancellation of travel beyond your control.
