CONFIRMING A BOOKING:

To confirm a booking we require your Visa or Master-card details for a deposit. For example for a stay of 2 nights, we require a one nights deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY Due to our small size cancellations affect us significantly. The following applies:

• Cancellations notified more than 60 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a full refund less a NZ$50.00 admin. fee.
• Cancellations notified less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged for full period.
• Any alterations to length of stay ie. shortening of period booked, will be charged for full period unless 60 days notice is given prior to arrival.
• If all cancelled nights can be re-booked, all charges are waived.
• Failure to arrive (i.e. a no show) will be charged for full period booked.
• We recommend travel insurance.
