Lovely room with a comfortable Queen size bed with outlook to surrounding gardens. This room has it's own sitting room with sofa-bed, TV, two built-in wardrobes, desk & chair, direct-dial phone, iPhone-, iPad Doc-player, luxury European marble and tiled en-suite-bathroom with glass shower, wash-basin, W.C., large de-mist mirror, heated towel-rails, 2200W-hairdryer, fluffy bath-robes and complimentary toiletries. Overlooks the sub-tropical gardens below. Room size : approx. 376 sq. feet or 35 sq. metres.
GARDEN-VIEW KING-ROOMGarden View King
Spacious two roomed mini-suite. Comfortable King-size-bed & sitting room with (queen-size)-pull-out sofa-bed, (i.e. 2 separate sleeping areas), TV, desk & chair, direct-dial phone, iPhone-, iPad Doc-player, luxury European marble and tiled ensuite-bathroom with glass shower, wash-basin, W.C., large de-mist mirror, heated towel-rails, under-floor heating, 2200W-hairdryer, fluffy bath-robes and complimentary toiletries. HARBOUR-VIEW SUPER-KING-SUITEHarbour-View Super-King-Room

Spacious room (some guests commented "it's like a mini-apartment !"), with a unique 180 degree city- and harbour view. Comfortable Super-King bed, large marble & tiled European en-suite bathroom with full size bath-tub & separate glass shower, two wash-basins, W.C., large de-mist mirror, heated towel-rails, under-floor heating, 2200W-hairdryer, fluffy bath-robes, a large walk-in ward-robe/luggage room, direct dial phone, iPhone-, iPad Doc-player, writing desk, sofa corner. Overlooks the swimming pool and sub-tropical gardens below. Very quiet and private room. Room size : approx. 600 sq. feet or 55 sq. metres.
All rooms are non-smoking, have fresh flowers, fine cotton linen and duvets, and air-conditioning. Unlike many other accommodations, our guest-suites are totally separated from one another, and do not have adjoining walls to guarantee a 'restful stay'.

A sumptuous breakfast is served in the morning room overlooking the surrounding subtropical gardens and the waitemata harbour. Our extensive menu includes a delicious fully cooked breakfast "a la carte" or a delightful European style breakfast. (Gluten-free bread available on request)
