A Personal introduction: The owners of Ascot Leuven (Bart and Therese Blommaert) own and manage the very successful Bed and Breakfast hotel 'Ascot Parnell' in Auckland New Zealand. Both Belgian born, New Zealand is their permanent home for nearly 20 years. Bart & Therese acquired this unique property, so that they can spend more time with their now retired parents. As they only use it on rare occasions, it is currently available for rent to visitors who like to spend an extended period in Belgium/Louvain. Reservations are made in writing only (e-mail), but you are welcome to make general enquiries by phone. Our rates are reasonable for the quality of accommodation offered! Depending on the duration of your stay these are 695 Euro per week for rental periods of more than 6 months, 775 Euro per week for 3 to 6 months and 875 Euro per week for shorter terms. Rates are based on occupancy of maximum 3 persons. Rental of less than 14 days are made at the discression of the owners only. Inspections are welcomed but must be made by prior appointmen. However if this is not possible due to current occupants in residence, we do guarantee your total satisfaction with handover of the keys to you. (Payment by credit cards are accepted, rates include all taxes, heating, water, power, and weekly service, bedlinen and towels). Payment is required per month in advance.
